Return Policy

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required 

Non-Returnable Items

 The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products

• Items returned without original packaging

• Gift cards  (if applicable)

Refunds

 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Defective or Incorrect Items

 If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include photos or videos of the issue

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
